Once processed (2 business days), your order is shipped (up to 3 business days to get to you for shipping)
Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.

Shipping can be delayed to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of Kudziology Essentials control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to United States.
Orders that are $75 and up will receive free shipping.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kudziology Essentials is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 to 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at supportkudziology@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
